My passion and focus is on helping individuals develop the dietary and lifestyle habits and mindset that enable the body to heal, while also uncovering and working through roadblocks to wellness like food sensitivities, candida/sugar addiction, poor digestive health, or overall inflammation and toxic burden. While the basic tenets of healthy living are simple, each individual is unique and can face challenges to breakthrough and healing that lead them down a path of trial and error frustration or repeatedly “falling off the wagon”.

After serving the church for many years as a pastor, I attended the Adler School of Professional Psychology (Chicago) to strengthen my therapy skills for work with families, couples and individuals. Since then, I have nearly twenty years of experience helping clients find healing resources within themselves and emotional support in their relational network. In the last six years my training has taken me in the direction of trauma work and body awareness. I am now integrating those skills in my work as a therapist to help people attend to their spiritual, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
